The Stokes Activity Barn is a 8,000 sq. ft. structure which holds 350 seated at tables, more if arranged theater style (you provide extra chairs). The building contains bathrooms, a warming kitchen and is heated. The rental includes:

• Up to 42 round tables (60")

• Up to 350 chairs

• Up to 10 rectangle tables (8')

• Access to kitchen (includes freezer, refrigerator, oven, ice maker)

• Use of sound system (5-disk CD player included, Ipod compatible)

Rental Fees:

one-day basic rental (9 a.m.-midnight)............................$950

refundable damage/cleanup deposit................................$150

Hourly security fee for rentals after 5 p.m. (4 hour minimum)........................................................................$25

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations four weeks or more prior to event lose only nonrefundable deposit ($200)

Cancellations three weeks prior to event lose deposit plus 10 percent of rental fee.

Cancellations two weeks prior to event lose deposit plus 20 percent of rental fee.

Cancellations less than two weeks prior to event lose deposit plus 25 percent of rental fee.

Additional Information:

• A $200 nonrefundable deposi and signed rental contract t is required to hold your date

• Balance is due one month prior to the event.

• No alcohol is allowed during park hours. Alcohol can be served (not sold) after park hours

• Rentals during park hours have access to other areas of the park.

• $100 discount on barn rental if rented in conjunction with other park structure or grounds

• $200 discount on barn rental for nonprofit organizations

• 10 percent discount on rental fee for Park members

• After hours rentals require 2 security guards at a rate of $25 per hour with a 4 hour minimum

• Rentals during park hours have access to other areas of the park

• The number of tables and chairs will be provided. Park does not provide set-up.

• Caterers must be approved in advance

• All food and beverages must be removed from the building after event.

• All garbage must be bagged and placed in dumpster behind building after event.

• Parking allowed in designated areas only

• No smoking allowed inside building
